Role Overview
We are seeking a Video Editor & Media Specialist with a deep passion for the automotive industry, visual storytelling, and social media content creation. You will play a key role in producing cinematic content, long form and short-form videos, and branded storytelling across all major platforms. You will work directly with our media manager and creative team to craft engaging videos that resonate with car enthusiasts worldwide.
This role combines creative editing, camera operation, and strategic content planning, ideal for someone who understands both the artistic and viral side of automotive media. This position is fully on-site at our Boyertown, PA headquarters, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editing
- Edit short-form videos (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels) daily using CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Edit long-form YouTube videos in a cinematic, high-energy style with captions, sound design, and motion graphics.
Add captions, effects, and music to match platform trends.
Filming & Camera Work
Capture high-quality footage of vehicles, installs, behind-the-scenes moments, and events.Operate and / or learn to operate professional cameras (Sony / Canon / Blackmagic).Collaborate with the team to plan and execute shoots (lighting, framing, storytelling).Social Media Posting (Following SOPs)
YouTube Shorts (Main Channel) : 2x dailyTwitter (X) : 1x dailyReddit : Weekly or as neededInstagram Stories : DailyYou will follow structured posting SOPs, including best posting times, hashtags, titles, and scheduling.
Strategy & Engagement
Track video performance analytics and adjust content strategies accordingly.Engage with comments and community posts to boost visibility.Contribute ideas for new series, trends, and content experiments.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications
3+ years professional experience in video editing (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).Proven experience in automotive storytelling (portfolio or channel required).Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar NLE.Familiarity with color grading, sound design, and captions.Ability to operate or quickly learn DSLR / mirrorless camera systems.Understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms.Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and automotive culture.Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not a deal breaker if you have strong professional experience.Bonus Skills
Experience with motion graphics (After Effects or Motion).Knowledge of YouTube analytics, SEO, and content optimization.What We Offer
