• Position Summary The Program Manager leads day ‑ to ‑ day contract execution supporting program goals and operations; serves as contractor Key Person and primary interface to Contracting Officer or his / her Representative (CO / COR).

Ensures quality, staffing, deliverables, and risk management across business execution, analytics, strategic communications, outreach, and program support.

If the contract is not awarded, this position will not be filled.   Key Responsibilities (List not all inclusive) :

Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma certifications highly preferred Meets U.S. citizenship and work eligibility requirements for federal contractors Must be able to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DOD) secret clearance (if required) Skills & Competencies :
