Job Description

Position responsible for preparing patients and the environment prior to surgery for the medical and nursing team. Full-time Monday through Friday from 9 : 00 am - 5 : 30 pm with call BLS preferred Will be responsible for maintenance of the Operating Room (OR) and assisting nurses with basic OR functions. This position is located at our hospital in the Texas Medical Center.

Minimum Qualifications

Education : High School Diploma or GED preferred

Licenses / Certifications : None

Experience / Knowledge / Skills :

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and read and write English.
• Ability to perform duties requiring standing, walking, stooping, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
