Compensation : $125K$140K base commensurate with experience

About the Roles

Both positions require strong technical expertise in tax preparation and planning excellent communication skills and a commitment to client service.

Youll work closely with clients across industries handling complex tax matters and contributing to our firms reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review individual corporate partnership trust and exempt organization tax returns including multi-state filings.
• Review client general ledgers and financial statements; prepare adjusting journal entries for book and tax purposes.
• Provide proactive tax planning and consulting to clients.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
• (Manager-level only) Supervise and mentor Tax Accountants and Associates review their work and support their professional development.

Required Skills :

Qualifications CPA designation required Bachelors degree in Accounting (Masters in Taxation a plus) Minimum 5 years recent public accounting experience for Sr. Tax Accountant; 8 years and proven team leadership for Tax Manager Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations Excellent interpersonal organizational and communication skills
