Job Description : Job Summary :

Responsible for performing transactional processes and transactions of basic complexity in a call center environment.

Job Responsibilities :

Processes billing transactions and enters them into a computerized system.

Follows processes and performs transactions with a high degree of accuracy.

Handles a larger volume of basic transactions.

Helps run basic reports following routine processes.

May assist more senior specialists in processing more complex transactions and work.

Other responsibilities as judgement or necessity dictates.

An Employee in this position can expect an hourly rate between $19.13 to $28.13. The actual salary will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
