Role Overview :

As a Senior Maintenance Manager (SMM), you will lead maintenance and facility support activities for high-complexity sites, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with strategic goals. Reporting to the Regional Maintenance Manager (RMM), the SMM is responsible for leading Maintenance Managers (MMs) and site teams, driving safety-first practices, fostering a culture of development, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

• Leadership and Strategy : Provide leadership and strategic direction to MMs and site teams, ensuring alignment with company and client goals.
• Employee Development : Mentor and coach MMs and site leaders to build leadership pipelines and succession plans.
• Safety Leadership : Champion a safety-first culture by ensuring compliance with safety protocols, training, and corrective actions.
• Operational Excellence : Drive performance in preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and reliability.
• Client Collaboration : Build and maintain strong relationships with site leadership, participating in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
• Financial and Administrative Management : Manage regional budgets and oversee site-level financials, including travel, expenses, and inventory management.
