with case organization and maintenance; plays integral role in preparing team for witness interviews, discovery and trials.Provide in-courtroom assistance, exhibit collection and review, and legal research as needed based on trial demands.Utilize eDiscovery platforms to perform document review, communicating detailed summaries and analyses of findings.Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with DOJ components, Federal agencies, counsel and others as needed.Research and compile data from a variety of references sources, preparing substantive indices upon request, summarize articles, reports, witness
multiple cases simultaneously and multi-task with minimal supervision.Qualifications : Required : Law degree, or currently attending an ABA-accredited law school, having completed at least one year of study.Sound working knowledge of federal and state court system, legal research procedures, and legal research resources.Excellent written and oral communication skills and thorough knowledge of research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software.Must have familiarity with a variety of computer applications, including word processing, databases (such as document review and file management systems), spreadsheets, and imaging.Familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of e-discovery procedures and resources.Ability to consistently deliver highest quality work under extreme pressure will be very important.Flexibility to work overtime on short noticeDOJ MBI must be obtainable (US Citizenship required)Desired : Leadership experience.Ability to perform quality control analysis and report any issues with
to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and quickly.
