Incoming Pediatrician can expect :

\u0009Scribe and translator available

\u0009EMR : Practicum

\u0009M-F 8AM-5PM

\u000930-35 patients / day

\u0009No nights / call required

Compensation :

\u0009246k Basewith minimum volume commitment

\u0009Production : Revenue generated

\u0009Once fully ramped up- Year 2 & beyond, earning potential 400k-500k

\u000980% of employee health insurance premium paid
