We're looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are ever the same.

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe store environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals.

Your key responsibilities will include :

• Greeting every customer with a smile and running the register with accuracy and speed
• Becoming an expert in lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales, ensuring compliance with all age verification and legal requirements
• Offering friendly service and upselling customers when possible to increase sales
• Maintaining a clean and safe store environment, including deep cleaning high-use restrooms, wiping down and sanitizing gas pumps, picking up litter and trash from the floor and lot area, and taking out the trash to the dumpster in all kinds of weather
• Stocking shelves, coolers, and displays to keep merchandise looking fresh and full
• Maintaining a clean and organized store, sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and maintaining entryways
• Cross-training in other departments as needed
• FOLLOWING ALL SAFETY PROCEDURES AND COMPANY POLICIES
• Being a team player and stepping in to help wherever needed
• MUST HAVE OPEN AVAILABILITY, INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
