Join HumanEdge Health for a rewarding travel RN assignment in Rochelle Park, NJ at a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility. We’re seeking experienced Registered Nurses for day shift positions on a 13-week contract.

As an LTAC RN, you'll provide critical care to medically complex patients while playing a vital leadership role supervising LPNs, CNAs, and new staff. This position emphasizes patient-centered care, interdisciplinary teamwork, and a strong culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform assessments and develop individualized care plans

Collaborate across clinical teams for weekly care conferences

Lead patient education and initiate discharge planning from day one

Maintain documentation, ensure compliance with clinical policies

Support a safe and positive work environment

Engage in ongoing professional development

Serve in a charge role when needed

Requirements :

Active RN license (NJ)

Prior LTAC, ICU, or acute care experience strongly preferred

Strong clinical judgment and team leadership capabilities

Commitment to safety and high standards of care
