Manager Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and coordinate all operations and leadership team (including BOH)
  • Oversee guest services and resolve issues
  • Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
  • Train and manage all personnel
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations

Manager   Qualifications :

  • Manager experience of at least 5 years in full-service (alcohol knowledge)
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
