Full-Time Nurse Practitioner in San Joaquin County - Work as part of an Inter Disciplinary Team to provide care to the Senior Population, providing a full array of all-inclusive services.

Qualifications : Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with an active California license, or license in process. California Prescriptive Authority. Minimum two years of NP experience working within the Senior Adult community.
