Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for office operations and customer inquiries.
• Support process improvement initiatives and assist with workflow optimization.
• Review and verify documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Complete insurance verification to determine eligibility, coverage, and deductibles.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of products, services, and payer guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Jefferson City, MO. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
