Construction Superintendent

```Duties```

• Manage and run projects on the jobsite, manage and schedule subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review and maintain Contract Documents and as-built, as built on site.
• Understanding and familiarity of how all the trades on a project interact to bring in the project in schedule and within the budget.
• Interact with the Owner / the Contracting Officer and other government personnel
• Schedule Deliveries
• Manage SanDow labor that is working on site.
• Make sure that quality Control on all aspects of the project is maintained
• Prosecute the work and build the project in the safest manner possible

```Requirements```

Proven experience as similar role in the construction industry minimum of 10 years of experience

In-depth knowledge of construction safety regulations (OSHA, NEC, USACE) and compliance management

Familiarity with construction field management software for tracking safety data and incidents

Professional certifications such as Construction Quality Management (CQM), OSHA 30, and EM 385-1-1 certification are preferred

Pay : $95,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
