Job descriptionGuaranteed Base Salary of $270,000 + RVU Productivity Bonus Board Certification incentive $ Annual Performance Incentive - Max 5% of base salary App Supervision $200 / Month per APP Relocation & Sign-on Bonus Medical / Vision / Dental / Life / AD&D / ST & LT Disability 401K with match Located on the Arkansas River, in Oklahoma. Honor Heights Park has trails, an arboretum, and the Five Civilized Tribes Museum, which traces local Native American First tribal health system to have a medical school on tribal land through our partnership with Oklahoma State University (OSU) College of Osteopathic Medicine, located on the Tahlequah campus. 1-hour drive to Tulsa Muskogee is known for its annual Azalea Festival held each April in Honor Heights Park;
