This opportunity offers day shifts (7a-7p), with a flexible schedule of 7-14 shifts per month, typically worked as 7 on / 7 off rotations. The client is focused on finding the right long-term fit for their acute care and ICU teams. Job Details Location : Wyoming Facility Type : Acute Care Hospital (Level 3 Trauma) Start Date : Feb 23, 2026 LOA : 42 days Provider Type Needed : Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner Schedule : 7a-7p, 7-14 shifts per month, rotations begin Monday and end Sunday, 7 on 7 off Responsibilities and Duties Collaborate closely with the Emergency Department and support the attending hospitalist throughout shifts Participate in patient management for an open ICU, including vent management, central lines, and intubation Work with the ER for airway emergencies; ER manages Code Blue and code procedures Manage trauma admissions in a trauma facility Coordinate care with dedicated COVID wing and team Access consults in nephrology, tele-ICU (critical care / pulmonary), tele-psych, and radiology (including Nighthawk coverage) Assist with patient transfers for advanced heart failure Document patient care using Cerner EMR Additional Information Inpatient & acute care experience required Must hold a Wyoming NP license The assignment is open to advanced practice clinicians Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
