Key Responsibilities
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
Develop and implement sales strategies and customer retention plans
Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews for Account Managers
Required Qualifications
Post-Secondary Education in Business, Science, or equivalent preferred
Minimum of 2 years of relevant leadership experience in sales within the chemical distribution industry
Proven management competencies with a track record of achieving sales growth
High school diploma; BSc / BA in office administration or relevant field preferred
