Job Details

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our Riverhead office.

• Job Description
• Manage a commercial litigation caseload independently through all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
• Some Construction Litigation experience preferred
• Conduct and defend depositions; trial experience is a plus.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
• Qualifications
• Juris Doctor and active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar.
• 3–10 years of law firm civil litigation experience.
• Preferably experience in commercial litigation including construction, breach of contract and real estate claims
• Strong skills in legal research, writing, and critical analysis, including Lexis.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
