Gutter Specialist
This is the entry point into a skilled trade career with The Brothers That Just Do Gutters. No experience required we'll train you.
What you'll do :
- Carry / lift materials, set up jobs, and keep worksites safe and clean
- Learn ladder safety, PPE, and basic tool use
- Put out the company yard sign at every job
- Call the client 1530 minutes before arrival using the company phone script
What we're looking for :
Growth path :
Show proficiency in sign placement + arrival onetime, arrival calls to advance to Apprentice Level 1. Every level mastered = pay raise + new title.
Compensation : $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
