Position Summary :

• HRIS Management : Oversee and maintain the HRIS for the company, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Payroll Processing : Execute payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.
• Recruitment Coordination : Manage the recruitment process for non-exempt positions, including posting job openings, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.
• Employee Development Programs
• Focus Areas : Prioritize safety, quality, and productivity goals in all HR initiatives to enhance the workplace environment.
