The Phlebotomist at Larkin Community Hospital (LCH) plays a critical role in the healthcare delivery process by performing blood collection procedures with precision and care. Minimum Qualifications :

• Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician from an accredited program.
• Knowledge of standard infection control practices and safety procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
