A small surgical hospital near Mount Rushmore has a need for a CRNA. The pay is generous, and they are also offering a $100k Sign-On bonus (4 yr. commit). There is paid call from home and very manageable at 1 : 12 for weekdays and weekends. You will see a variety of cases with no hearts, neuro or OB in a CRNA only setting. The area is prime outdoors sports and recreation year-round to include : Hiking, fishing, hunting, both on and off-road motor sports, wildlife adventures, to mention only a few. No state income tax. New grads will be considered and provided a preceptorship.
