Schedule : Full time, Monday - Friday

Requirement : Registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration; Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) preferred

Position Details : In this role, you will provide MNT and education for patients diverse nutritional needs, including Diabetes Self Management Education and Support (DSMES).

Salary : $72,000 - $75,000
