What you will do

• Document and manage changes to project scope plans and timelines using RFIs and Change Orders
• Ensure high-quality project execution in compliance with company policies and safety protocols
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by regularly visiting job sites and expanding the customer base
• Define project scope objectives and deliverables and communicate them clearly to the field team
• Create and monitor project budgets and schedules taking corrective actions as needed to meet expectations
• Negotiate and manage contracts with clients subcontractors and vendors
• Train and effectively supervise technicians in the company philosophy and systems
• Oversee installation testing and day-to-day operations
• Lead mentor and coach project teams to achieve goals and support professional growth
• Review and improve project efficiency productivity and job cost performance
• Promote and enforce a safety-first culture ensuring all project teams follow safety policies and standards
