Job Title : Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - P&C Insurance (Workers Comp / Auto) with SQL

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in SQL and Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, specifically Workers Compensation and Auto lines. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and development teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed requirements related to P&C insurance products, focusing on Workers Compensation and Auto.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
• Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and validate data to support business processes and reporting needs.
• Work closely with IT developers, QA, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis and impact assessments for system enhancements and changes.
• Assist in designing test cases and participate in system testing to ensure requirements are met.
• Support ongoing system maintenance and troubleshoot data and system issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes in P&C insurance to provide informed recommendations.
