Application Support - Consumer Lending Software

What We're Looking For :

• 3+ years of application support experience within the banking industry , specifically in consumer lending .
• Strong hands-on experience supporting DecisionPro and LaserPro .
• Familiarity with NewGen loan origination or servicing platforms is a plus.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot, document, and support software issues in a fast-paced banking environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with both technical teams and non-technical users.
• Prior experience working in a hybrid environment and supporting multiple time zones is a plus.
