A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Insurance Vertical).
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships for a portfolio of 60-70 insurance accounts, ensuring adoption and satisfaction
Guide clients through onboarding and renewal processes while delivering training sessions on the platform
Conduct regular business reviews to assess success, identify growth opportunities, and drive renewals
Required Qualifications
5+ years of investigative experience in OSINT or SOCMINT
Strong background in the insurance industry, particularly in claims or SIU investigations
Experience with commercial OSINT / SOCMINT tools
Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients effectively
Experience working collaboratively across teams to achieve customer success
