Responsible for the delivery of system integration services for external clients. Provide specialized input and content development for deliverables, proposals or new business opportunities. They have an understanding and have executed against the SDLC process and may be specialized in a specific technical area.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with the Enterprise Architect to analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications.
- Responsible for contribution to the development of possible options for designing and deriving the best solutions based on sound analytical judgment, team input and the customers’ best interest.
- Analyzing requirements and propose technical and design solutions to clients.
- Contributing to the development of task inventories for the implementation or modification of existing systems.
- Perform tasks efficiently and work together with team to ensure project success.
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum five years of experience as a consultant on IT projects with a specialization in integration architecture including EDI (X12 / HL7) and service-oriented architectures.Minimum three years of experience in enterprise system implementationsMinimum one year of experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, processes, and toolsMinimum one year of experience working with state / federal government systemsMinimum Bachelor’s Degree in related fieldDesirable Skills and Experience
Understanding of the application development frameworksUnderstanding of service architectures including ESB, REST messaging and micro service approaches.Experience with Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA)Experience working with Health and Human Service IT projectsExperience with WebMethods or MuleSoft
