Job Description

Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Prepare and manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Communicate project updates to clients and senior management effectively. Lead project teams and foster a collaborative work environment.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager Multifamily should have :

• Strong knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.
• Experience working on multifamily construction projects.
