• Responsibilities
• Provide expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and finishing services using current techniques and color theory principles.
• Manage retail sales by upselling products and recommending solutions tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations across all services.
• Engage actively in social media management by promoting services, sharing client transformations, and building our online community.
• Assist at the front desk with guest serviceschecking in clients, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth flow of appointments.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to educate clients about treatment options like dermal fillers or med spa procedures while fostering trust and loyalty.
• Requirements
• Valid state cosmetology license with comprehensive knowledge of current beauty trends and techniques with
• at least 3 years of experience behind the chair.
• Proven experience in hair styling, coloring, cutting, and finishing; additional expertise in barbering a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices aligned with health department standards across all beauty services.
• Ability to manage retail sales confidently through upselling techniques while maintaining professionalism.
