Are you passionate about creating efficient, people-centered workspaces? As an Occupancy Planner, you'll play a key role in shaping how our teams experience their environment. This dynamic position blends strategic planning with hands-on coordination to ensure our spaces evolve with the needs of our people. In this role, you will :

• Partner cross-functionally to orchestrate seamless Moves / Adds / Changes (MACs) and furniture reconfigurations.
• Guide teams through office relocations and personnel shuffles, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
• Be the go-to expert on space standards and protocols, helping maintain compliance and consistency.
• Lead space audits and walk-throughs, keeping occupancy data accurate and actionable.
• Use tools like AutoCAD and iDrawings to update floor plans and manage space assignments.
• Maintain and analyze CAFM data, run reports, and support decision-making with real-time insights.
• Resolve helpdesk tickets and provide direction to service providers to keep everything running smoothly.

This position is hybrid and will be filled to work out of one of the following Jack Henry office locations : Monett, MO or Lenexa, KS. You are required to come into the office 3 days a week to provide onsite facility support, team meetings and attend team collaboration sessions. The salary range for this position is $43,400- $52,500 and will be determined based on location and experience level.
