Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Spanish

Location Sunrise, FL | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

18 / hour (

  • potential to make up to $21.50 / hour after training, certifications and promotions to different coverage levels

8 : 00 AM 5 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday

W2, Full-Time

ROLE IMPACT : This position serves as the primary contact for Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring seamless communication between customers, internal teams, and external agents. The successful candidate will resolve service-related concerns efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with service standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a liaison between customers, internal staff, and external clients

Address and resolve customer inquiries to ensure long-term satisfaction

Provide accurate and timely responses to service requests from policyholders and field agents

Offer technical advice and guidance related to service and product issues

Conduct research to complete requests within defined service standards

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent

Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in property and casualty insurance (required)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED SKILLS

Familiarity with insurance policy servicing

Strong interpersonal and problem-resolution skills

Ability to manage high call volumes effectively
