Training and Development Coordinator

Job Summary :

The Training and Development Coordinator will lead employee training initiatives at a 24 / 7 manufacturing facility, supporting onboarding, cross-training, and continuous improvement efforts. This role partners with plant leadership to implement standardized training systems, maintain training records, and enhance workforce capabilities. Experience in manufacturing training, standard work documentation, and TPM methodology is essential. Bilingual (Spanish / English) candidates are preferred.
