We are looking for a motivated Virtual Travel Consultant to assist clients with planning and booking personalized travel arrangements. This fully remote role is ideal for individuals who enjoy research organization and helping others create meaningful travel experiences. The position requires professionalism attention to detail and reliable communication.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with booking accommodations transportation tours and complete itineraries

Provide destination information based on client interests budgets and travel goals

Maintain accurate records of reservations updates and confirmations

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients throughout the planning process

Ensure travel changes or adjustments are handled promptly and efficiently

Follow established procedures and maintain quality standards

Requirements

Strong interest in travel and customer service

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Basic computer skills required (email browsing online forms and general software use)

Personal computer and reliable high-speed internet
