Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Hummel Pro NA Clubs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Marketing & Social Media
- Assist in social media strategy, activations, and account posts.
- Execute company directives aligned with overall marketing strategies.
- Operational & Account Management
- Support day-to-day budget planning and revenue goals per account.
- Manage product orders, fulfillment, and sales tracking.
- Oversee logistics platforms and communicate tracking details to accounts.
- Assist with B2B tracking, promo spends, and contract triggers.
- Product Knowledge & Proposals
- Develop expertise in Hummel's custom, stock, and lifestyle ranges.
- Understand size ranges and garment details.
- Build club-specific proposals for partnership pitches.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with experience in retail, customer service, or marketing.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Creative mindset with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Canva.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Hummel
