Job Description

• Create Customized Treatment Strategies : Assess patients' unique needs and develop tailored therapy plans aimed at helping them achieve their personal goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Interventions : Apply evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams : Work closely alongside occupational therapists, physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, well-rounded care.
• Guide Patients and Families : Educate patients and their loved ones on therapy techniques to facilitate progress at home.
• Track and Document Progress : Monitor clinical outcomes, adapting treatment plans when necessary to ensure patients remain on their path to recovery.
