Project Controls Director

A company is looking for a Consortium Project Controls Director.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project control tasks across a multi-organization consortium, including cost management, scheduling, and risk analysis

Oversee budgets, forecasts, and expenditures, identifying cost variances and recommending corrective actions

Ensure adherence to consortium agreements, regulatory requirements, and industry standards while providing regular reports to leadership

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or related field (master's preferred)

15+ years of experience in project controls, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a consortium or joint venture environment

Knowledge of project control tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP, Oracle)

Experience managing complex, multi-team member projects
