About The Position

Location :  Aledo, Illinois (Just 45 minutes south of the Quad Cities)

Position Type :  Full-Time | Permanent

A well-established health system is seeking a dedicated  Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician  to join a rural health clinic team in  Aledo, IL . This is a mission-driven opportunity to provide meaningful care in a tight-knit community, with strong institutional support and excellent benefits.

Position Highlights :

Full-spectrum outpatient and inpatient primary care

Clinic, hospital, and long-term care coverage

Team includes 2 Physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers

Onsite lab and imaging services located within the hospital

Monday–Friday schedule

Compensation & Benefits :

Up to $150,000 Commencement Bonus

Competitive salary based on experience and training

Relocation assistance up to $10,000

Ideal Candidate Requirements :

Board Certified or Board Eligible  in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (within 3 years of residency)

Active  Illinois license  or willing to obtain
