Wall Therapeutic Solutions is not your average outpatient provider. We’re a collaborative, clinician-led team redefining what it means to deliver meaningful, person-centered care. We’re currently seeking a passionate and flexible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient team in the Salem and / or Christiansburg, VA areas.

Position Summary

This is a part-time position with flexible hours and the opportunity to design your own caseload. You’ll provide speech and language therapy services in a hybrid model—offering in-person sessions in our clinic or clients’ homes, as well as telehealth sessions.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic consultation, including assistive technology recommendations and implementation strategies
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor progress and adjust goals as needed
• Deliver therapy that’s meaningful, engaging, and effective
