Applicants for the President / CEO position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related allied field. The ideal candidate will have a history of innovation, transformation, and adaptability in dynamic environments, as well as outstanding communication, negotiation, and people skills. A strong understanding of the industry and competitive landscape, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities, is essential. Experience in managing high-performing teams and a commitment to strong ethical judgment and integrity are also key requirements for this role.
