Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build, maintain, and deepen trusting client relationships through regular communication and review meetingsConduct discovery interviews to understand clients' financial goals, risk tolerance, and life prioritiesDeliver clear, confident, and compliant financial adviceFinancial Planning & Analysis
Analyze client financial data to build comprehensive financial plansProvide guidance on retirement planning, investment strategies, tax-efficiency opportunities, college savings, risk management, and estate considerationsPrepare and present financial plan recommendations and performance updatesSales & Business Development
Identify new client opportunities through referrals, networking, and community engagementPresent tailored investment and insurance solutions that align with client needsMeet or exceed activity, growth, and revenue targetsCompliance & Documentation
Maintain accurate and compliant records in accordance with SEC, FINRA, and company policiesStay current with market trends, product solutions, and regulatory updatesQualifications
Required :
Active Series 7 and 66 (or Series 65 / 63 combination) OR equivalent state insurance and securities licensesBachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of experience as a financial advisor, planner, or related financial services roleStrong understanding of investment products, financial planning concepts, and regulatory complianceExcellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skillsPreferred :
CFP, ChFC, or progress toward a professional designationExperience working with CRM and financial planning softwareEstablished book of business (not required but highly valued)
