Physician Otolaryngology - Competitive Salary

Job Description

We are currently looking for a BC / BE otolaryngology physician with partnershipaspirations to join our private practice in Atherton (San Mateo County) and Sonoma, CA - San Francisco Bay Area

• Join a collaborative team of 3 board certified ENT physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, and a tenured and fun support staff that help ensure operational efficiency
• Our practice provides the full scope of general ENT services to patients of all ages, with a focus on rhinology, sleep, and skull base cases. We are happy to accommodate fellowship-trained physicians with subspecialty interests
• We offer convenient OR access with ample block time at two local ambulatory surgery centers and El Camino Community Hospital.
• We offer a 4-day work week and NO hospital call obligations, affording our physicians ample work-life balance
• Offering competitive compensation and complete benefits including the option for early partnership and stock options in the ASC.

About the San Francisco Bay Area :

The BASS Medical Group is a physician and patient centric multispecialty group whose purpose is to maintain physician autonomy and financial security within the construct of a supportive medical group. Beginning with approximately 50 doctors in the Walnut Creek area in 2014, we have grown to 465+ providers across 42 specialties in our 128 locations throughout Northern California, and look forward to expanding our reach in the future.

The salary range for this role is $300,000-$325,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
