2026 SpringSummer Application Engineer Co-op PA

Vanguard is a digital-first company that invests significantly in technology to enable our business goals. Our growth has led to an increased need for talented software engineers and technology leaders. We are looking for highly motivated and passionate co-op students to join full stack teams that will deliver business outcomes rapidly.

Most project teams follow agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban; some are adopting LEAN principles. We are building Angular web applications and RESTful micro-services using Java hosted on the AWS cloud. We work on a continuous delivery pipeline using Bamboo and run automated tests using Junit Protractor Jasmine and Selenium.

This is an exciting 6-month co-op opportunity that begins in January and runs through July. Youll gain hands-on experience in a dynamic fast-paced environment working alongside talented engineers and contributing to impactful projects from day one.

Qualifications :

Pursuing a degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experience

03 years of developer experience

Good written and oral communication skills

Good analysis and problem-solving skills
