Mgr Hub Operations MEMH

Job Title

Plans, organizes and controls the launch, control room functions, international functions or offload. Ensures a high level of service and on-time launch at a minimal cost. Directs all other necessary activities which provide optimum service to FedEx Express customers.

Essential Functions

• Directs revenue recovery and audits.
• Inspects service elements, ensuring efficient manual sort and distribution.
• Selects, trains, and motivates hourly employees.
• Ensures compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

High School diploma / GED.

Minimum Experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. With appropriate equipment and / or assistance from another person. Must successfully complete weight and balance training if managing any trunk ramp agents. Strong basic management, human relations and communication skills.
