Wage Information : $85,000+ DOQ

White Pine & Gracewood Senior Living is seeking a Float Assisted Living Director to join our senior leadership team. This role will travel between our communities, build and serve our teams, and fill in as support as needed.

We are looking for a leader who is strong at building and developing a team!

• Filling in as the Assisted Living Director to support the communities as needed.
• Building, recruiting, and developing people.
• Responsible for the operational performance of community which includes : ensuring compliance with rules and regulations, employee performance, budgeting and operational management.
• Build and maintains an impactful leadership team within the community.
• Build relationships within the community and other agencies to bring awareness of our organization as well as establish a positive presence in the local community.
• Oversee the tour, assist with sales and admission process for incoming residents and families to ensure they are being served better than anywhere else.
