Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Float

Location : Shalimar, FL

Schedule : Full Time Float (serving 3 schools)

We are seeking a passionate and flexible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team in Shalimar, FL . This float position will provide speech and language services across the following campuses :

Longwood Elementary – 2 days / week

Kenwood Elementary – 2 days / week

Elliott Point Elementary – 2 days / week

As a key part of each school’s special education and student services teams, you’ll work to support communication needs through assessments, direct therapy, and collaboration with educators and families.

Requirements :

Active Florida SLP License

ASHA CCC-SLP certification required

Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Willingness to float between multiple schools
