Job Description Overview :

• Production Supervisor The role of the Production Supervisor is to supervise the CDP Production Team.  The Production Supervisor is accountable for meeting and improving Operations Key Performance Indicators including Safety, Quality, On Time Delivery, and Labor Cost per unit.  The ideal candidate must have a hands-on approach, spending more than 80% of the time participating on the floor.  This person will drive a Lean Manufacturing philosophy including operator accountability and involvement, continual improvement, and elimination of waste.
