Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for patients on the RPM365 platform Assist with device setup and app connectivity Engage with patients to ensure adherence to care plans Required Qualifications Active nursing license in California (compact / multistate preferred) Knowledge of chronic conditions and related monitoring devices Proficiency with technology, computer platforms, and smartphones Experience in telehealth, patient monitoring, education, or customer service is preferred Additional language skills are a plus
