  • Early in January 2025, Perseus Human Resources decentralized, and each portfolio now has its own HR team.
  • Our team of two supports our 200+ Geminians.

    We work closely with Perseus HR centers of excellence for activities like benefits administration, compensation research, payroll, and more.We are ready to decentralize Talent Acquisition, too, and are looking for our very first dedicated

  • You'll recruit across a variety of functions (engineering, product, go-to-market, ops, etc.) and Business Units (RO Writer, Campana, WinTech, and more) to hire the best talent for our teams.

  • Be a trusted advisor and coach to both candidates and hiring teams

  • About You
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a significant focus on
  • vertical SaaS or vertical software companies
  • A track record of being a true
  • partner to hiring managers

  • Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills
