Job description

Investment Analyst - Boston, MA (In-Office)

Join a dynamic private equity team focused on software and technology investments. This full-time role offers hands-on exposure to deal sourcing, financial analysis, and portfolio company support within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

What You'll Do :

Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities through market research and outreach
Build financial models and conduct valuation analyses
Support due diligence and deal execution processes
Collaborate with portfolio companies on strategic growth initiatives
Prepare investment materials for internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with senior team members across global offices

What We're Looking For :

1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a similar analytical role

Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

Interest in B2B software and technology sectors

Entrepreneurial mindset and team-oriented approach

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship available)
